Terms of Service

Service Provider

Sigrex is operated by Alpha Forge Kft (Company Reg. No. 01-09-453685), located at 1173 Budapest, Pesti út 17, Hungary (Tax No: 32999277-2-42, EU VAT: HU32999277). These Terms govern all use of the Sigrex Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms in full.

Modification of Terms

Sigrex reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes where required. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Nature of Service

Sigrex provides technical tools for automated cryptocurrency trading, including signal execution, trading bots, webhook processing, AI chart analysis, and exchange integration. The Platform does not provide financial or investment advice. All content (signals, strategies, AI outputs) is for informational purposes only. Users make their own trading decisions at their own risk.

Eligibility and Accounts

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of a contract. You are solely responsible for your User Account, including keeping your login credentials and API keys secure. All activity through your account is considered authorized by you. Sigrex is not liable for any losses due to compromised or misused credentials. You may only have one account unless Sigrex grants written permission.

Sigrex reserves the right to request identity verification or additional information from users to comply with applicable laws and regulations. Failure to provide such information may result in restricted access or account suspension.

API Integrations and Security

Users may link exchange API keys and other service keys (AI, Exchange, data feeds) to Sigrex. Sigrex stores these credentials securely and will never request withdrawal permissions. You agree that any trades or operations executed via your API key are your sole responsibility; Sigrex is not liable for any losses from such actions. Sigrex may suspend or revoke API access if it reasonably suspects a security breach.

Automated Trading Authorization

By connecting an exchange API key, you authorize Sigrex to submit, modify, and cancel orders on your behalf. Sigrex will execute trades according to your configured strategies and signals, but Sigrex does not control or guarantee trading results. You remain fully responsible for strategy settings and order management.

Signal Sources and AI Disclaimer

Trading signals on the Platform may come from algorithms, AI analysis, or other users. Sigrex does not verify signal accuracy or profitability. AI-generated analyses are inherently uncertain and may be inaccurate or misleading. Past performance of any strategy or signal is not a guarantee of future results.

Fees and GasTank System

Some services require paid subscriptions. All fees are listed on the website and must be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable, even if you terminate your account. Sigrex reserves the right to change pricing or fee structures at any time.

By purchasing a subscription, you expressly waive any right to a refund, except where required by applicable law.

Sigrex may offer a GasTank feature for on-chain transactions. When a blockchain transaction is executed through Sigrex’s GasTank:

The required blockchain gas fee is deducted.
An additional 15% service fee is automatically added to the gas fee.

This fee covers infrastructure and processing. Sigrex reserves the right to modify this percentage. GasTank charges can be invoiced immediately per transaction or as a monthly aggregated invoice, depending on your billing plan. Blockchain transactions are irreversible, and once submitted, Sigrex cannot cancel or refund them.

Execution and Market Risks

Trading via webhooks or APIs entails execution risk. Orders may be delayed, executed at unexpected prices, or fail due to market volatility, network congestion, or exchange issues. Sigrex does not guarantee execution price, timing, or liquidity. Stop-loss and other risk controls may not execute if market conditions change rapidly.

Sigrex does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation of the Platform. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

External services (exchanges, blockchain networks, data feeds) may experience outages or delays. Sigrex is not responsible for failures of third-party services. The Platform is provided “as is,” and Sigrex disclaims all warranties (to the fullest extent permitted by law).

Sigrex shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, war, regulatory changes, or failures of third-party services.

Beta Features

Sigrex may offer experimental or beta features. These are provided "as is" and may be incomplete or unstable.

No Guarantees and Limitation of Liability

Sigrex does not promise any profit or specific outcome from using the Platform. You should use the Platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigrex and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Platform. In any event, Sigrex’s total liability shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Sigrex in the preceding six (6) months.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including software, design, branding, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of Sigrex. Users retain ownership of any strategies or content they create but grant Sigrex a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

User-Generated Content

Users may create, share, and distribute signals, strategies, or other content on the Platform. Users are solely responsible for the content they provide. Sigrex does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any user-generated content.

Prohibited Activities

Users must comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited uses include illegal activities, fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, unauthorized data scraping, and distributing malicious software. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sigrex and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of third-party rights. This includes any trading losses, taxes, penalties or expenses related to your account.

Termination and Suspension

Sigrex may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, all active automations, API connections, and trading processes will be disabled. User data and active subscriptions will be deleted. All fees remain non-refundable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Budapest, Hungary.

Alpha Forge Kft (“Sigrex”) processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We only collect the minimum data necessary:

Account Information: Name, email address, and other details you provide.
API Credentials: Encrypted exchange and LLM API keys for service integration.
Technical Logs: Usage logs and device information to operate the service securely.

Personal data is processed based on the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and Sigrex’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), including maintaining platform security and functionality.

We do not sell or share your personal data without your consent. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Sigrex is GDPR-compliant, storing only necessary data and ensuring user data can be “forgotten” upon request.

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. Upon account deletion, personal data will be removed or anonymized unless retention is required by law.

User data is encrypted and securely stored. Sigrex will notify users of any material privacy policy changes. By using the Platform, you consent to Sigrex’s collection and processing of your data as described here.

Sigrex will notify users of any personal data breaches in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

The Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper functionality and improve user experience. Cookies may be used for:

Authentication & Security: To keep you logged in and secure your session.
Platform Operation: To remember your preferences and settings.
Analytics: To analyze usage and performance.

You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but this may limit Platform functionality.

Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies involves significant risk. Market volatility, network issues, and technical failures can result in financial loss. Automated trading amplifies these risks due to factors like slippage, latency, and erroneous signals. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Sigrex does not guarantee any trading profits. Historical performance of strategies or signals is not indicative of future results. By using Sigrex, you acknowledge the risk of loss and accept full responsibility for your trading decisions.
